The two send their lines crashing over El-P's ‘gritty' and adrenaline-pumping production to infatuating and pointed results.

In 2013, Run The Jewels released their eponymous debut album as a free digital download to universal critical acclaim. Considered by many to be the rap album of the year, RTJ2 released the following year and was widely lauded as an improvement on an already successful endeavor and further manifested the burgeoning artistic and personal friendship of El-P and Killer Mike.
