As Advertised (Supermelodic Pulp)

In 2012 Astronauts, etc., the personal project of Anthony Ferraro (touring keyboardist w/ Toro y Moi), released a collection of tracks on Soundcloud called Supermelodic Pulp. An apt title as the layers of synths, misty guitars, and timid utterances build up the sickest and chillest vibes. The awesome beats and melodies unique to each track in this collection make it a great listen.

Despite limited attention, Ferraro has been making movements in Oakland's indie music scene and with the help of independent record label Hit City U.S.A. Astronauts, etc. released its debut album, Mind Out Wandering, on September 18th. The album features more of Ferraro's unique sound and talents as a singer-songwriter and keyboardist.
