Youth Lagoon is the homegrown lo-fi, psychedelic, dream-pop project of Boise, Idaho native Trevor Powers. In 2011, at the ripe age of 20, Trevor released Youth Lagoon's first song online and soon after released The Year of Hibernation with the help of Fat Possum Records. Made mostly in Trevor's bedroom, garage, and kitchen, the album amiably and ambiently croons personal tales of dysphoria.

Youth Lagoon has released two albums since The Year Of Hibernation: an overwhelming, twisted, psychedelic exploration of the spiritual and the physical, Wondrous Bughouse, and a confident, crisply produced Savage Hills Ballroom that released November of 2015.
